I’m leaving a one star review due to my interaction with the lady who answered the phone. I asked how her day was and her response was “Who are you?” If I’m not mistaken, this is not how you treat future clients; once I stated my name, she expressed herself in a manner that was off putting and for some reason. The staff was unfriendly and I would recommend doing business elsewhere. I was simply assisting a great friend whom is opening a nursery here soon, very shameful a local business has low expectations for the employees.

Jason always goes above and beyond to get me what I need. Even during this pandemic they had everything I needed and it was delivered with a smile. It feels wonderful to support a family owned business and much of their glassware is made in Indiana. Very helpful and friendly, I'd give more stars if I could.

I have bee a customer with Plants plus when I owned a shop once in Wanatha and now in Portage. I was just getting re-established and trying to rebuild my customer base. I was buying as much as I could afford. The driver on my route decided it wasn’t worth coming to my shop any more because I wasn’t buying enough. Even though he told me he would check in and see if I needed things every other week. The company didn’t even care that he just dropped me from his route. No level of customer service or help in trying to get a new shop started. What horrible customer service and what a horrible way to run a business. Won’t ever consider buying from them again once I am up and going. If they can help when I am starting and trying to get my feet under me.
